Purchasing & Return Policy
Mosti Mondiale attempts to describe the items available on the website as accurately as possible. Mosti Mondiale does not warrant that product descriptions are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product described on the website is not as described when you receive it, your sole remedy is to return it to us in unused and undamaged condition in accordance with our Return Policy, which is described below.
Order Acceptance and Shipment
Your placement of an order does not necessarily assure that we will accept your order. We may require additional information regarding your order if you have not provided all of the information required by us to complete it. Once a properly completed order is received and authorization of your form of payment is received, we will promptly locate the product(s) you have ordered to place them in line for shipment. If, for some reason, we determine that we cannot ship your product within fifteen (15) days following our receipt of a properly completed order, we will cancel your order and advise you of such action.
Mosti Mondiale out-of-stock items are marked the same day on the website with an estimated fulfillment date so you are aware of any delivery delays before you make your purchase. If there is an overlap in time between a placed order and the website update, the following will apply:
- If the out-of-stock product is scheduled to reach the out-of-stock warehouse within five (5) business days, your order will be held up in order to complete your shipment.
- If a product will be out-of-stock more than five (5) business days or has been discontinued, our sales representative will contact you directly about this matter.

Mosti Mondiale reserves the right to change any price at which we offer goods or services and to correct any errors in the pricing contained on our website. Mosti Mondiale shall have no liability for any such changes or errors and are not bound to fulfill orders at old or erroneous prices.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Mosti Mondiale are delivered to shipment carriers. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mosti Mondiale purchases. If an item is received defective (excluding transportation damage), please contact us immediately at email@example.com so that we can replace the item ASAP.
If you would like to return an item, Mosti Mondiale will gladly exchange or refund an item within 15 days of purchase. Please note that freight is non-refundable, unless you were shipped the wrong merchandise.
To return an item, please email us to receive instructions. In your email, please provide us with the following information: product code(s) of item(s) being returned, reason for return, name, complete mailing address, phone number(s), and payment method. The item must be returned to our head office at the purchaser’s shipping expense.
Once the original item is returned you will receive a credit on your credit card in the amount paid in one to two billing cycles. Any item that has been personalized CANNOT be returned. If you received the item as a gift, we can only issue an online store credit.
